Bathmate pump has help greatly with issue I was having with ED at night and longer stamina during play time. In my opinion which means very little any one over 60 that want to fix these 2 issues will appreciate what it does. At the beginning I was unsure now after a year I am a believer.

Initially there is a learning curve however once you figure out the basics it's fairly simple. Main thing is that this thing works. I'm not sure about the others but the hydroextreme is a game changer. Been using for about 1 and a half years now and it has improved every aspect of my game. Used to be very self conscious about my size. Was having ed issues as well. Confidence is back and no more issues with ed. Had an increase of 1.5 inches in length. I'm about 6.75 in length and 5.5" in girth now. I use it 2 to 3 days on and 1 day off. If I need another you can bet your sweet ass I'll be getting one. Have had to replace the adapter once so far. Once again I'll say this is a great product that works. It's not a gimmick. It's real and if your on the fence then jump off and get one cause your wasting time. Is it pricey? The hydroextreme is a little pricey but it works and it's worth every penny to me.
I like to wear a ring on Mr. Johnson daily. I've gone from securely wearing a single 28mm to securely wearing twin 30mm. So I know girth is improving and have noticed an increase under vacuum from 6 inches to 7 inches, again under vacuum. But I have also noticed that during my erection, even when not super hard, that it appears to be longer than before.

The hydromax7 was great but my s*x out grew it. It was pushing into the valve. I had to upgrade to the Hydomax-extreme8. It made it 9.5+ and super girth. Horse Dick! She was thoroughly satisfied and impressed.

Love this thing. I use it every morning and evening when I shower for three 5 minute sessions at a time. I have noticed definite improvements in girth that lasts. Waiting to see if I can notice any gains in length too, but this takes longer, consistent use.
It's easy to over do and blow blood vessels which can cause more problems then the device can fix. So be careful. I've noticed slight gains. But what point is there in having a bigger tool if no one wants it in their garden? Lol
I have been using the Hydromax 7 - for the past 60 days. Probably 90% of the days. I'm 76 and I have seen some improvement. I might need another 60-days.
Im just your average guy not your most fit but on the chubby side. With that being said anyone any size can benefit from this amazing tool. Ive tried air pumps, pills etc. This thing works but.... consistency is everything.
Ive been using it for 4 months now 2 weeks on 1 week off and I have had great results just ask my wife. My wife begs for the pump now so it makes it easy to us. Im to the point I want to try the max but it's hard to give up the original.
My results are 1" in thickness and just under inch in length. Like I said my wife loves it! I have also noticed a my stamina has increased which is aways a win. If you on the fence just buy it i promise it works and makes your member look great.

I will say that I feel like I have noticed an increase in the amount of times I get an erection at night. I’m woke up in the middle of the night multiple times with a rock hard erection. I have not noticed any growth in girth and that is the key reason I chose this product. I am hoping I will notice something soon. I was skeptical at first, I gave it a few weeks and saw significant improvement in size. I’ve been using it for almost 2 months and love the positive results.
When I started using the Hydroxtreme7, I used the clock on the wall across from the shower to keep track of time. It wasn't the best situation due to the nebulosity of assessing exactly when I would start. I did that for 1-1/2 months without noticeable gains; then I purchased the BPT.
The timer has made it considerably easier to use my pump at the recommended intervals: I start to pump manually, then start the timer once I can no longer pump water manually; at that point I then use the hand pump and hose for the Xtreme to ensure the pressure I want.
I can attest that, since using the Timer, it has improved my use of the pump, such that I have (after 3 months of use) noted approximately 0.25/0.35 inches in growth for girth, and about 0.25 inches in growth for length.
My partner has noticed the difference, even exclaiming one time, "WOW! You're so big!" She and I both appreciated our intimacy that day, and other days. (This was several hours after using my pump, while still partially flaccid. And though she always expressed satisfaction with my prior length and girth {appx. 7Lx6.5G when erect}, she has been especially happy with the increases I have thus far gained.)
So, even a small amount of gain can make a difference for your confidence and the experience of intimacy you and your partner share. But, as other reviews suggest, consistent use over an extended period of time will help you see the most gains. While my experience is anecdotal, I would thus encourage purchasing a timer for the sake of the benefit it can prove to you.
